I went through the returns portal and returned my product with the help of staff via email. Tracking shows item clearly received weeks ago.

I tried to email them back to say I still haven't received my refund and the email address is apparently full. Tried WhatsApp and Messenger links, not working.

I am owed over £80 and I want it back. I wont shop with Debenhams again, customer service is awful and now no way to contact them.

I bought two Yankee Candles and they couldn't be delivered as they we're damaged. I have used the email address to get in touch with them to get them redelivered and ive had no reply.

The delivery company was Evri and i can't get a hold off them either it's very frustrating as my order was £48.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Debenhams. Approximately a month ago, I purchased a fragrance from your store, only to have it stolen shortly after.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I have yet to receive any assistance or even acknowledgment from your customer service team. This lack of response is utterly appalling and reflects poorly on the integrity of your brand. As a loyal customer, I am demanding a full refund for the stolen fragrance immediately.

It is unacceptable to ignore a customer's concerns for such an extended period. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and a formal apology for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced.

Debenhams now just appear to be middlemen, with terrible customer service, no telephone support, and online messages don't go through. If someone does respond they tell you have to wait for the actual seller (not them apparently) to respond.

That seller (who sold me a faulty handbag, not once but twice!!) said they refunded my money to Debenhams, but Debenhams have not repaid it to me!

Almost a month after my purchase, I'm still trying to get my money back, and still have no handbag. Will never ever shop with Debenhams again.
